A Check in time is 3:30. If your home is ready before 3:30 we will notify you that you can go to the property.

You will receive an email with a code that gives you access to the property.

Plan on bringing all of your beach essentials, food, and toiletries to get you through your stay. You will find a starter pack of toiletries and essentials to help your vacation start off on the right foot, but it will not be enough to get you through the week.

If you have to cancel your reservation, and the reason is not covered under your purchased travel insurance plan, the home will have to be booked by another renter in order for you to receive any compensation back. If the home rebooks you will be entitled to a refund of all rent money paid minus any money paid to travel insurance and a $150 cancellation fee. If the home does not re-rent you are not entitled to any reimbursement.

Travel Insurance is there to protect your investment on your vacation. You never know what could happen in 6 months to a year when you are booking in advance so we highly recommend purchasing Travel insurance so that you don't lose out on your vacation.
